Everything was in the kit as advertised. However better instructions would have been nice. Also the wire connections points on the back of the control unit were too small to fit the wire alone and I had to file off the outer edges of the eye connectors I ended up using. Other than that everything is fine.

Use on my popup camper to charge 2 deep cycle batteries. Quality solar kit… would recommend to all.

I’m giving 4 stars because I’m still not sure if controller is truly reading the battery or the power generated from panels. My battery reached 63% on one occasion and 57% on another. As soon as I connected the panels, the battery said 100% @ 14.3V. Other than that, I love the system.

Instructions were hard to follow. Needs disconnect instructions. 1st charge was so so 2nd was great. Panel direction is key. This will work for us very well. We reccomend this for camping.

The panels have arrived, and nothing is broken that I can tell. I bought the kit so I’d have all the cabling and branch connectors. That part of the kit has NOT arrived yet. HD shows I received the “kit.” I received three boxes, each with one 50w panel. We’re still discussing this. The panels are unusable without the cabling. I ordered a separate MPPT charge controller, also Grape Solar, and was hoping to use the PWM charger on a different setup, so I’m not held up by that part of the kit. But I need the MC4 branch connectors and cabling to combine the DC output from the panels and get it to the controller. I hate to think I’m going to have to purchase separate cabling. There doesn’t seem to be anybody who carries them as an “off the shelf” item. You can’t walk into the “solar store” and grab a couple. At least, not where I live. I look forward to updating this review.
