- 25-year transferable power output warranty: 5 years/95%, 10 years/90%, 25 years/80%
- 10-year material and workmanship warranty
- Chubb general liability insurance; errors and omissions liability insurance

2.5% in the first year, thereafter 0.7% per year, ending with 80.7% in the 25th year after the Warranty Start Date
