Product doesn’t work properly = it is a very expensive phone charger. It doesn’t power anything of importance. I asked to return.. Foreign seller (Not in the United States). They finally authorized return but have told me to pay the postage to their country.. Wait.. What? I reported them to Amazon for assistance with this return. I saw in the comments that someone else had the same trouble with them.
Buyer beware. This is a bad seller.

Like the look of it , nicely thought out in positioning the outlets on it .
The solar panels are so very nicely put together strong construction , nothing flimsy about them .
For me , I would protect the backing , by a protective cover of some type , if out in the open .Their heavy fabric backing would not do well if exposed to rain or heavy dew .
The sturdy backing is part of the carrying case with a convenient same fabric connected carry handle .

Bought it in August but stopped working in December. Got in touch with their customer service through Amazon and they shipped me a new unit.

We purchased this product for emergency back up. We experienced a power outage and found that it was non-functional. We contacted ALLPOWERS customer service. We have found that ALLPOWERS customer service was quick to respond and within a couple of days sent us a response that they would be sending us a replacement power station. What was most impressive was the reassurance that our power station was backed by an 18 month warranty. We had carefully researched in order to buy an emergency source of power that best suited our needs. We are able to run a portable refrigerator freezer emergency lights and charge our phones. Exactly what we need to keep running during a brief power outage. We received our replacement power station in less than two weeks just in time for another weather event. We changed our review from 1 star to 5 stars because the product is a good product and the customer service and warranty that ALLPOWERS stands behind. I would recommend this product.

After a recent storm we were out of power for a few days. I decided to ask my husband to research solar generators and we decided to purchase the allpowers 300W-288wh portable power station. Amazon had it marked down to $199 for both power station and 100 watt solar panel. I took a chance and so glad I did. I charged it up to 100% and then ran my 50in. tv for 2 hours and 45 minutes,I shut it off at 10%. The next morning took everything outside to charge by solar panel. I started at 9:15 at 10% and at 12:45 it was 100%. I averaged between 60 and 75 input watts. I also cut the solar panel box open to lay everything on, that made repositioning everything alot easier. I was so impressed I bought a second solar panel and power station. I now have plenty of power to charge my tablets, cell phones,lights and power up some devices. I am so glad I made these purchases.

I’m a little confused. Out of all of the various cords that I received with the power supply & solar panel, none are compatible with the port on the power supply that the manual says is for solar charging. I do have one that attaches to the solar panel & fits in the round DC input. I’m gonna try it and see if it will work even though that’s not what the manual says to use. I will update my stars if it works.

The product is great so far. I have to see how it stands up to camping. It ran a 22w LED smart tv for almost 7 hours. I did think I only got sent the panels because only one tracking number was included. Then the next day I received the power station. This is version 2, I noticed most of the complaints about this power station are older and probably from the older version. They fixed all of those problems as far as I can see.
