What Can This Kit Actually Power? 
OGK-3 is our 3rd biggest kit and has 8 x 200ah AGM batteries giving you 800ah of useable battery capacity. This equates to rough 9.6kWh of useable battery bank on top of the 2,400 watts of solar panels that will be generating an additional 2.4kw of power per hour while the sun is shining. 
If we assume there’s roughly 6 good sun hours in most states, the solar panels will produce around 14.4kw of power each day (or 432kw/month). The following calculations give you an idea of how long some standard appliances could run on a single charge of your battery bank. 
We really only need 15-18 hours of battery bank in order to get us through the night and to when the sun comes back up the next day, so anything over and above this would be considered backup for cloudy days.
OGK-3 is perfect for bigger off-grid cabins, home backup, or as a larger RV system / mobile business applications.

What comes in this solar kit?
The 2,400 Watt Solar 6000 Watt inverter charger provides 120 Vac power at 48Vdc. With 400 amps of battery power and 80 amp charger controller, this kit is deal for large size devices such as appliances, fans, pumps, compressors, electronics up to 50 amps.
Perfect for locations that need power for 3-4 hours of run time using a full 6000 watts, before recharging and also have access to a generator or shore power if available to recharge batteries using the inverter. Solar panels keep a charge on the batteries using sunlight and will recharge the batteries at 50% depletion in 88% (Peak)
