I connected this panel directly to a Bluetti EB3A using Bluetti’s MC4 to 8mm barrel plug cable. Although Bluetti’s EB3A has a built-in mppt charge controller it was only able to draw 78 to 79 watts from this eco-worthy panel which is disappointing. I recall reading another review that got similar results. So next I swapped out the eco-worthy panel for a Renogy 100 watt panel and it drew 98-99 watts in the same spot same angle same sunny conditions. The Renogy panel costs only a few dollars more and is the clear winner.

July 07 2023 update. The vendor reached out to me shortly after I posted a review. They had me do some troubleshooting of the panel and based on my feedback it is their opinion the panel is not performing to specs, due to an issue with the wires that lead out of the junction box at the back of the panel. I accepted their offer of a 30% refund off my original purchase price and kept the panel. I appreciate the excellent and quick customer support and discount, and have upped my overall product rating from 3 stars to 4 as a result. Thank you DC House.

Note: the cables from the solar panels to charge controller and from the controller to the battery cables to the batteries will require appropriate gage connectors and step ups and downs to be attached and made usable. Additionally, the panels come with all brackets to mount on a roof, but if you have a flat roof or desire more optimal tilt, you’ll also need to select an adjustable mount. Connectors and mounts are all available from the Amazon sites!

I tested 2 x 100watt panels in series for my Bluetti AC200Max.
The panels did well production wise to use/charge the battery generators.
I volunteer at festivals and events with Harm Reduction and the panels provide a “glamping” experience at an offgrid event.
An SUV hatch tent, a wooden table that also fit the panels so they are protected and don’t take extra space.
Happy with the purchase and they will mount (removably) to the new shed for offgrid energy.
I’d love to test product…have an electronic engineering technology background and expertise in efficiency. Not for profits are great ways to shine as a company.

I have been replacing all the panels on my off grid property with these.
On a custom south facing frame at a 40 deg angle ( optimal angle calculated for the location ) , 20 of these units along with 4 x 400 watt wind turbines during the non winter months keep my property fully powered ( 5000 AH of power storage, 2 used 12v forklift batteries ). During the winter my 3500 watt backup generator auto-kicks in quite abit but that’s expected during a grey snowy season where its located.
These units stand up much better than their predecessors on the frame, snapped right into place with minimal adjusting of the current mounting brackets.

Everything works, wires are a bit small but can be remedied. If using them in series, this is less of an issue. Will update once I test them under full sun to see what the actual output is.

I purchased two of these a year ago, and they have been working fine. I typically get 3.5 to 4.5 amps at ~12v off of each panel on a clear day, depending on the azimuth and elevation in relation to the sun.
► The MC4 connectors are typical and fit nicely into the old connectors.
► They are well constructed. The dual-channel (running around the outside) outer frame is well sealed to the panel itself, and because of its aluminum dual-wall construction, it can easily be drilled for custom mounting needs when the four bolt holes aren’t usable.
I got these to work as replacements for the very old panels I had on our RV roof. I specifically wanted panels that had a little flex to them since an RV roof can flex and twist any panel that’s too rigid or has been mounted solid can and will crack. I’ve had this happen a few times. I now use rubber inserts in the brackets, which mount to the roof so there is a little flex at that point. Plus, if the panel can twist a little, it has a far greater chance of surviving.
Since we keep our RV parked outside even during the winter, they have been exposed to some nasty cold, colder than -40. Since we mounted them using flexible options, they haven’t developed any cracks because of the shrinkage caused by extreme cold. They also don’t seem to have suffered any when in direct sunlight in the summer months as they get extremely hot.
If I need more for a similar application, I will buy again. If I was setting up a solar power system, I would go for a completely different panel. Too long to get into here.

Not a cloud in the sky, directly under noon sun with no obstructions, and only pulling 59w. Pretty disappointing. Packaging needs HELP. First one arrived shattered. It’s sent in a fitted box with a very thin sheet of foam for protection. Was pleasantly surprised to see the replacement made it unscathed despite several punctures to the box.

Pour le prix et la performance feu vert. Très bon rendement même sous les nuages. Ces pour ça que c mon deuxième que j’ai brancher avec. L’autre

I bought this to keep my motorhome charged. The motorhome is under a roof so I put the panel where it gets about a half day of sunlight and wired it into my solar controller and it is doing a good job of keeping the batteries topped up when I am not using the vehicle. My installed panels are 30 volt, this one is only 20 volts so I actually get less solar production when in open sunlight if I connect it but when the 30 volt panels are inoperative because they are under the roof the solar controller works just fine with the 20 volt input from this panel.

Very durable and high quality construction, definitely purchase from this mfg again.
