The solar charge controller cannot handle the wattage designed for the system. Even though it says that it is 60 amps, as soon as the solar panel say 300 watts or more the solar charge controller screen goes black and a red light indicating there is an error turns on. Nobody answers the support line. I’m trying a 60 amp Renogy solar charge controller to see if that resolves the issue. A complete setup should not only work once put together, but it should also have instructions as to how to put it together. I have multiple solar systems, it is extremely frustrating for me to get all of the right parts to make the right system, which is why I bought this. For it to not work is very upsetting, almost devastating. That one faulty piece to the puzzle caused this product to have a one-star review instead of a five-star review.
**Edit**
I changed to a three-star because the company reached out to me and offered to refund the solar charge controller. Also just to update, I received the Renogy 60 amp solar charge controller and got it hooked up to the eco-worthy 800 watt system, and everything has been working ever since. I added multiple batteries so now I have 800 watts of solar, and 1,120 amp hours of battery. The system works very well, I really wish they would do something about that faulty solar charge controller. I’m powering my new small fridge, my TV for several hours before I go to bed, my fan all night… I also have their smaller 400 watt system that I added batteries to get 400 amp hours of battery, and that worked from the start.

First issue was not having clear instructions on setup and operation. Second issue is the controller shuts off when the panels are actually in full sun. And finally I can’t get the bt device to function or connect with the app to see if it is giving any errors at all
