Description
- 【High Efficiency】With efficient 15W solar panels, the suite can easily power two fans, which can easily discharge hot air and keep indoor air fresh and cool. The solar panels work by absorbing sunlight, effectively reducing the load of air conditioning system and reducing energy costs, which has become a new way of low-carbon planning.
- [Waterproof & Rustproof] – 100% waterproof and rustproof solar powered fan kit. The solar panel with tempered glass surface and aluminum frame can resist all bad weather, sturdy and durable. The fans equipped with hard plastic frame and stainless steel cover net, completely waterproof and rustproof.
- 【 Energy Saving 】 This solar-powered twin fan requires no electricity, which means it can save money on your energy bill while reducing your carbon footprint, making it an environmentally friendly option for ventilation needs in homes or other enclosed Spaces such as garages, sheds, pet houses, attics, greenhouses.
- 【 HigherI AirflowI 】 Enhanced blade and engineered motor maximize airflow at high speed with low noise. Featuring with dual ball bearing makes the blades faster to remove excess heat, moisture, dust and odors. Airflow: 2×120.5 CFM|Speed: 3200 RPM|Noise: 30dbA,each solar fan equipped with separately On/Off switch to manually control the ventilation fan to turn ON/OFF, really practical and useful.
- 【Note】 Please note that the solar fan is solar powered, it cannot store electricity. It can run at low speed even in weak sunlight, it will go into high speed up to 240 CFM in full sunlight, please expose it to full sunlight, the solar fan will turn off automatically when the sun goes down. The solar fan comes with a 14FT/4.2m extension cord so you can install it anywhere. Such as greenhouse, chicken house, shed, dog house, window vent, barn, cowshed, tree house, attic, etc.

The Solar Fan with its powerful 15W solar panel and two high-speed DC brushless fans is a versatile and eco-friendly cooling solution that has impressed me with its effectiveness. Designed to cater to different needs, from sheds to greenhouses, chicken coops to dog houses, this solar fan offers a DIY ventilation project that harnesses the power of the sun.
First and foremost, the 15W solar panel efficiently captures solar energy, providing a sustainable and cost-effective power source for the fans. This renewable energy solution not only helps reduce electricity bills but also minimizes the environmental impact associated with traditional cooling methods. I appreciate the eco-friendly approach of this solar fan and the freedom it provides from relying solely on grid power.
The inclusion of two high-speed DC brushless fans ensures powerful and efficient airflow, effectively cooling down the designated space. Whether it’s a shed, greenhouse, chicken coop, or dog house, these fans create a comfortable environment by providing adequate ventilation and reducing humidity levels. I have noticed a significant difference in temperature and air quality in my shed since installing this solar fan.
The DIY aspect of this solar fan is a noteworthy feature. The fan system is designed for easy installation, allowing users to set it up according to their specific needs. The flexibility it offers in terms of placement and mounting options makes it suitable for a variety of applications. Additionally, the fan can be adjusted to direct airflow where it is needed the most, enhancing its functionality.
Durability is crucial for outdoor applications, and this solar fan meets the challenge. The robust construction and weather-resistant materials ensure that it can withstand harsh conditions. Rain or shine, the solar fan continues to operate reliably, providing much-needed ventilation and cooling.
One consideration to keep in mind is that the fan’s performance is dependent on the availability of sunlight. During cloudy or overcast days, the fan’s speed and airflow may be slightly reduced. However, this is a common limitation with solar-powered devices and does not detract significantly from the overall effectiveness of the fan.
In conclusion, the Solar Fan with its 15W solar panel and high-speed DC brushless fans offers an efficient and eco-friendly cooling solution for a variety of applications. Whether it’s a shed, greenhouse, chicken coop, or dog house, this solar fan provides reliable ventilation and cooling, powered by the sun. The DIY installation, durable construction, and sustainable energy source make it a worthwhile investment. Embrace solar power and experience the benefits of efficient cooling with this versatile solar fan.

Product is mediocre at best. Install is easy except the “clips/brackets” provided are flimsy and you can’t mount at an angle to optimize sunlight exposure. I can live with that, but the high pitched squeaking from both fans from the moment they were installed is annoying. Day 3 and they are getting worse and louder. Also, if you turn both fans on at the same time, power drops across both fans so it’s exhaust output isn’t what you would expect with a two fan setup.

Living in Hawaii, we have daily temperature’s that rarely drop below 70 deg F, or upper 60’s. So, our outdoor storage sheds get uncomfortably hot. Having a fan to vent out hot air is a necessity, and being solar powered is great so it only runs during sunshine without using electricity.
I haven’t installed it yet, but I’ve tested it to check air flow and sound.
The kit has a fairly large 15w solar cell, a 14 foot cord, mounting brackets and wire ties and the fan assembly, which has an on-off switch to run both or either fan.
The fans run quite quietly and move a decent amount of air (120 cfm for each fan). I did notice a pretty good drop in fan speed when running both fans vs only one, but today is a little cloudy so it’s not producing its full capacity. When I ran it the other day during full sun, it ran much faster.
I’m waiting for available time, as well as a cooler and cloudy day to install in my shed.
I also need to come up with a rain vent/awning to mount over the fan assembly to prevent water from getting into the shed. The fans have blade guards, but are not small enough to prevent insects, or the ever present geckos over here from sneaking through the fan housing when it’s not running, so I intend to mount some stainless steel wire mesh over it.
Overall, even though I haven’t installed it yet, this looks very well made and I’m hopeful will do its job.
I would have given it a higher rating if not the fact that it doesn’t have a battery so the fan(s) can keep running for a period of time after sunset to keep venting out hot air.

I like this KHKVOCALIST Solar Fan. The dual fans are small and they don’t remove large amounts of heat, but they do help to keep the temperature a little cooler than without them. I wish the fans were bigger. This was easy to install in our greenhouse, which does not have power to it. It only took about 15 minutes to install the fans and the solar panel. We mounted the solar panel on a piece of 1”x14”x14” (approximate size) cedar, with the included brackets and screws. Then we mounted the cedar board to the south side of our greenhouse. The fans can be installed horizontally, which I thought would be best, but Mr. OldSenior97 mounted them vertically, because it was easier for him that way. The included cables are plenty long enough and it came with more than enough white turkey ties, to keep them held in place. Make sure you push the male and female ends of the cables in tightly, before screwing them together, to get a good connection. We installed this on an overcast day and I was surprised that the fans started turning as soon as we pushed the buttons to turn them on, although I couldn’t feel much air passing through them. I wish the part of the cables with the buttons were longer, because I can’t reach them unless I stand on a step ladder. These fans work best with full sun. When the sun goes behind a tree and half the solar panel is shaded, one fan does not turn, until the sun shines on all of the solar panel, again. The fans are pretty quiet. They still make a very slight noise, even when the fans aren’t turning, when they are on but no sun is shining.
