found it to be as listed. I am just starting to experiment with solar power.

The only real complaint with this panel is limited connectivity. For these foldables even if primarily intended for portable power stations, MC4 is a minimum along with the power station connectivity.
This panel is provided exclusively with a male to male DC 5521 cable to connect to the panel’s output module plus 10 various supplied DC connectors that could match up with power stations, laptops, etc., along with USB and USB C ports. I didn’t test these USB ports simply because it’s not how I use these portable panels. With the MC4 adapter from another panel with the male to male DC5521 cable, was able to adapt to MC4 for using as a conventional solar panel.
There was only an “about” DC output specified. Nevertheless, the actual measured 22.54 open circuit voltage (Voc) and 4.92 short circuit amps (Isc) is pretty healthy. Power measured into an MPPT controller showed a respectable 85 watts comprised of 17.46 volts and 4.88 amps in sunshine where I was getting 74 to 81 watts from other foldables under the same conditions. The 22.54 Voc is the highest I’ve measured in a 100w foldable and I expect it to be advantageous on days when the sun is less intense over a panel that produces lower Voc under the same conditions.
I was impressed with how this foldable set up fairly rigidly with no sag in the panels or droop in the hinge. It’s wide kickstands are stable and make it easy to move. The pouch location, opening to the upside and side when set up, make it a snap to use. The simple cable and connectors will work on every power station I have. It’s even simpler if the DC5521 cable is left connected to the solar module in the pouch.
An IP65 rating IP65 is generally understood to mean protected from total dust ingress and protected from low pressure water jets from any direction. Low pressure water jets might be something along the lines of a lawn sprinkler system. IP67 and IP68 in these foldable panels generally has some immersion spec associated with it and in that context could be considered water proof. I would call the OUTOUCH IP65 rating water resistant without an immersion spec.
Despite its limited connectivity, it is a top choice to use among those I own. For $126, this is a good buy even if dedicated only to the three differently branded ~300watt power stations I have. To stay below the 60 watt max input level of the less capable power stations, just change the orientation of the OUTOUCH to the sun to reduce power.
The panels arrived undamaged and well packed. The panels are their own rigid carrier – unlike other brands in which an additional case is involved. The legs are a bit on the thinner side, but use fairly standard stabilizers (Velcro) for this price point in the portable solar panel category. Having used other portable panels it didn’t take long to set this up and plug it into our charger station. It performed as well as our other panels, but that is not a high mark as we are only working with these lower end panels since our primary concerns are for emergency and off road use. The reference to rigid is that these bifolds and are a bit less forgiving in terms of positioning and maximizing the sun than the trifold we use. So you will need to allow more time to reposition them throughout the day. They are light enough that carrying and storage in not an issue.

I liked the OTOUCH 100w single fold panel, it’s much easier to handle than the multi fold panels. The exterior is durable medium heavy weight material and it comes with a variety of connectors.
I connected this panel to a Duracell power station 300 using the DC5521 cable. Initially the panel was charging the station but it soon quit. I hooked them up again using a USB-C cable (not included) and it did charge.
Next I connected to a GOOLOO GTX-300 using the DC5521 cable with adapter and again nothing so I used the USB-C connection and recorded 59 watts in less than optimum conditions.
This panel made more power than some other 100 watt panels I’ve used…
Update: I was contacted by the vendor and offered a replacement panel. The new panel worked as expected and the problem with the first panel appeared to be the DC5521 cable. I observed 93 watts on a clear day according to the GOOLOO power station, pretty good I think.
Great customer service.

I would like to spend more time checking this out, but it certainly worked right out of the box. I have a Goal Zero Yeti 1400 unit that already has a 200 watt panel set, and wanted to add more potential charging power to that, or also have another portable panel for other uses. Within minutes of sunset (but still direct sunlight), I got right at 20 volts from it (max for Goal Zero is 22v so that is perfect). It can immediately be used with multiple plugs and ports to charge cell phones and other small devices, or used to charge a larger emergency power unit such as the Yeti (has multiple plugs that will allow a wide variety of uses). Directions are “sparse,” however. A purchaser should know a bit about solar power at least to easily use it initially, as opposed to having zero experience or knowledge.
