Seems to work as it should and they were easy to attach and connect to the 4-1 harness. I chose these panels for their dimensions, so I was able to fit 4 to the roof of a 6.5′ camper shell.

Recently purchased this 100W panel for use on my truck to keep my RENOGY 100ah Bluetooth battery charged for running my Truma C69 DZ fridge/freezer. If I’m running both zones at fridge temp, this 100w panel is perfect. If you intend to run the freezer for several days, you need a larger watt panel or it will gradually drain the battery and the panel isn’t enough to keep the battery topped off.

The trick is in the amount of batteries you have not on the amount of panels. I run a ton of electronics including a 50/100 watt tube power amp and have 4 100mono panels, 40amp controller and 700watt inverter with 2 cheap Walmart deep cycle batteries and I’m very pressed after the second battery l. I’m considering a third one and a much higher inverter and that should do all my needs. The RENOGY 40amp controller sucks though and had to put screws to wedge tight the cable tighteners on the holes, they don’t tighten well and constantly was screwing up the power till I literally screws the wires to the inserts, all of them! Besides that I’m happy.

The person on Craigslist that I traded it to for their RV loves it. I ordered the 200w/27v panel to charge my Ego batteries through my Ego Nexus power station with Ego inverter. Only problem is my inverter only handles up to 22v. Was a long process, but I now have a 100w/12v panel that works ok. Really needed the 200w for my needs, but I’ll find another one and “upgrade”.

I now have 5 solar panels each 100W on my RV roof . I use a Renogy Rover Elite 40Amp12V/24V auto MPPT solar charge controller w/temp sensor to maintain 2 Batteries each 12.8V, 200AmhLithiumLiFe PO4 . The system has been keeping the batteries @ 13.4volts even when I am parked in shade . They have provided power enough over night to operate my Lady’s
oxygen machine , a fan in a ceiling port ,the TV and a couple of lights in the RV and in the morning had 12.9 volts (note the oxygen machine and tv are 110volt light and fan are 12 volts .We use a 2000watt inverter to provide the 110volts . All equipment is operating very well .

Overall a very good panel But there are some QC problems to be aware about. I purchased 9 of these and they all put out 100w or better. Two of them came wired or labeled with reverse polarity and caused a short circuit. I quickly discovered the problem and fixed it myself however there does appear to be a couple of dark discolored spots on one panel that might indicate over heating of a cell, possibly caused by the short circuit, possibly just came that way from the factory. Anyway before you install these panels definitely check them thoroughly for discoloration and correct polarity. They are otherwise excellent panels for the money.

Just spent the first few days and nights in the camper with the new panels providing light at night and coffee in the mornings. Thank you Renogy for nice panels and great customer service.
