The Solar Kit was what I expected and appears to be well made. Seems to keep a 12 volt camper battery charged. I need another camping season to fully evaluate this product.

Works Great, Water Proof.
Using on Colgate 26 sailboat to keep batt charged. Stores away securely. Would buy again.

Perfect combo solution for keeping our seldom-used van battery topped off PLUS taking along to charge tent trailer battery on camping trips. Be prepared, however, to modify electrical connectors to suit your various needs. Would have appreciated Coleman including various connectors with the install kit.

Very simple to connect, keeps my generator battery fully charged whenever the sun is up. Probably overkill for my application but at least I have the piece of mind knowing that when needed the battery will start the generator.

I needed a way to keep my 2 12 volt trolling motor batteries (operate together to make 24 volts) charged as my boat resides in outside storage area with no power available. Although just starting use of the panel to charge these batteries, I must say it worked like a charm on the first attempt. It is simple to set up and operate and though they may take a day or so charge a battery they keep them charged full if using the controller that comes with it. If what you need is to keep batteries charged when there is no plug in electricity available, this will do the job. I’ll see how it holds up over the long haul, but for now it is perfect for what I needed it for.

I bought three for my Motor Home to keep the batteries charged during the winter, and that was a good idea. Batteries stay charged.

Works very well even in poor light conditions. The panel itself seems to be very high quality along with the charge controller.

This thing is on the heavy side and doesnt put out as much power as Id like. From experience Ive found that the black solar panels are heavier and put out less power than the blue ones. This is a black one, they took a picture of this thing at the right angle to make you think its a blue panel.
