Well built wind turbine that works good on salt water. Havent seen any rust and have noticed the bearings are very quiet

The nature power 500 watt marine grade 12/24 volt works very well and has a very good price it is easy to install also. This is very good for off grid systems to charge your batteries

The wind turbine seems well made, but unfortunately I discovered that it will not work with lithium batteries. I tried to find this information before I purchased it, but couldn’t find any. I found it afterwards. The wind turbine will be getting returned.

Unit does not produce power the way I think it should. Not sure if it’s defective or not. Need to get a hold of the supplier and find out. Only getting spurts over 100watts in heavy wind.

The wind turbine may not be broke in yet. I have only seen 70 watts with a 40mph steady wind. It’s nice that you don’t need a dump load for this unit. It automatically brakes when the batteries are at 13.8v. The problem with this is that it doesn’t come back online until the batteries drop to 13.1v. I feel like I am missing out on some power. So far not too helpful for off grid power. Hopefully it will produce more power when the bearings get broken in.

the unit seems to be well made, there were some minor injection mold defects in the blades and the power box did not come with the mounting Hardware. The screws required to mount the box are not identified by type or size and it is near imposible to find sutable mounting screw hardware.
