A friend bought me this as a gift. Bought 130Ah battery and set it up. The inverter mainly put out 0v. About 15% of the time I would see 95v. It hit 101v 3 times. good thing I checked the charge controller output. 26v in and 26v out. Lucky I didn’t fry the brand new battery. So I bought a new kit. This time the inverter was giving 105v up to 107v. But the charge controller was giving no voltage out. So off again I go to get another kit with the hopes 3rd times a charm. Be better off just buying a 100 watt panel, a better Pure Sine Wave inverter and digital charge controller.

Nicely made. The output is slightly lower than advertised, but they do work in cloudy settings, with reduced current out. The inverter and charge controller work great.

The battery charger burns out quick

The price is hard to beat right now and the kit does have everything you need to charge batteries and even run some small appliances off of the inverter provided. Where I took this kit was into the wilderness of Alaska to my remote cabin site on the Teklanika river. I tend to not unwrap items until i am on location because i think they travel better that way. Once I got there and mounted the unit, I checked the voltage output of each panel and found one was not producing at all. Upon further inspection i found that the inner connections of the panel had not been soldered to the output wires. It only took a few minutes to repair and I would not have done so except for where I was, but once fixed the system works really well, especially attached to my battery bank. Over all it has been preforming as well as can be and I look forward to buying a few more in the future.
