This solar kit can be used with any camera that uses USB-C, but this kit does include a small USB-C female end to Camera end that snaps right in and keeps the camera charged up with no issues.
I also got the 25 ft AC adapter, but decided to go this route so I wouldn’t have to run any electrical to the area I wanted to use it in.
Again, it will solar charge anything that uses USB-C cables as well as the Google end that is inlcuded.
Shipped and arrived quickly.

This solar panel for Google Nest cameras appears to be well made, and is working great so far. It’s nice to not have to worry about keeping the camera charged up anymore. For the price, it is an economical way to keep the camera continuously charged and not have to think about it as much. Recommended!

I was looking for a 5 volt solar panel with a barrel plug and I could not find one to match my requirements. This 7W Solar Panel from VUEBEE worked for me with a slight modification to the adapter plug. The solar panel has a built in USB-C male plug on the end of its cord and the kit includes a USB-C to Google Nest adapter which connects to a Nest Camera with a strong magnet. This adapter has a weather resistant seal when plugged into the USB-C cord. The kit also includes screws for mounting, wire routing hooks and an adjustable mount for the solar panel. The surface of this panel has ripples on it probably as a means to attract more light..
In testing this panel, I used my USB tester which indicated it supports the BC1.2 protocol at 1.5 amps which would be around 7 watts. I have solar panels on my house and know not to expect the max output rating of a solar panel. This could only possibly come from perfect conditions. I personally am only getting 2-4 watts out of this panel, which is significantly better than others I have of its size. This is tested at a time of year when the sun is partially in the south which would further reduce the strength of the sun. But overall this panel has done a great job of keeping the battery charged even on cloudy days.
For modifying the cord, I cut the head of the adapter off and found a red and black wire which was easy to splice on the 5.5×2.5 barrel connector I needed. This solar panel has kept my battery charged even through cloudy days. I am sure it would do well with the small battery of a Google Nest Camera.

Seems to be accurate at 7 watts or very close at least. Works very well and is easy to adjust and install. Quality cable is flexible and long enough.

I connected this to a nest cam I have on the front of my home. When I connected it, and mounted the camera and solar panel, I checked my phone. At first, it looked like nothing. But as soon as the sun came out, it registered as “solar” on my camera and began powering and charging the camera.
it’s worked great since. Great bargain price for a solar panel for this high-end item.
