I just got this in the mail today (7/22/22) It looks beautiful, not too heavy, and the one thing I used on it to test one of the ports worked well too.
The issue as of right now is, It didn’t come with the foldable solar panel that it says it’s supposed to come with.
I sent a message directly to the seller today via Amazon (07/22/2022) . Hopefully I can have this issue fixed pretty soon. I’ll update the rating and review when they hopefully respond/ resolve my issue.
Update: After talking to the seller they provided me with a separate shipping #. They ship the products out separately and for some reason the second package wasn’t being tracked by Amazon.
So fast forward a few days and the solar panel has arrived. I had used the base until it was down to 90% and plugged the solar panel in on a partly cloudy day and was able to get about a 30w charge while the sun was behind the clouds. I haven’t tried seeing how many watts it can get in full and direct sunlight, but it seems to work well and it charged the base in about 2 hours.
I’m very excited to fully test this out when I go camping for 4 days in 2 weeks.

After unboxing and reading the user manual I tried to power up the station, would not power up ……. Nothing so I plugged in the AC charging brick and after two hours the display was showing 0% charge.
Send a support email and no reply also called the support phone number and got a answer machine, left my contact info and no response.
Request a RMA from Amazon and got that with in minutes only to find that I have to pay shipping back to the merchant.
Very frustrating to say the least I have order a brand name this time as I have to count on a power station for my cpap machine if not working brand new right out of the box who’s to say it won’t let me down in the middle of the night.
Update: I did get a email response from the support asking me to take pictures and a video of the unit not powering up, but I have already boxed the station and the solar panel for shipment back. This was a costly mistake making this purchase because shipping cost back to the vendor was $101.15
Thought the power station looks great and the solar panel also looked fantastic shipping box was well protected but what matters the most is support and quality control both I think are lacking with this vendor just my opinion.

Made my camping experience a little less of a nightmare. (I hate camping, but my man loves camping) the only downside was that it couldn’t power the coffee maker. Charges in about 6 hours on solar. Haven’t tried the house charge yet. Battery lasted about 4 days of camping with a starting charge of 92% with charging our phones, fan, tablets every night, and still charged 6 RC car batterys twice. Happy we have it. Nice storage, easy for me to carry (and I’ve had 2 major spinal surgeries).

This is a life saver. When power goes out or we are out camping and don’t have power its great so we can charge our phones, use fans, computers, mini fridges ect. I bought the 300 first then returned it and bought the 500 with the solar panel.
10/10 would recommend

I received the item and the solar panel was broken and the system will not turn on and when plugged in it shows a overheat warning. I waited until I knew it was cool, still would not turn on and just beeps and shows the over heat warning when plugged in.
I went to return it for a replacement and the seller quickly sent out a replacement and prepaid labels to ship back the defective product.
The replacement worked perfectly and I’m extremely happy with the product and it’s performance. It’s so nice to see a seller stand by their product and make sure the customer is satisfied.

This was not designed for higher-wattage appliances but I was able to get my Nespresso to work and make coffee. Have used it with a Kitchen-Aid, recharge eBike, etc. Happy with it. The usage meter seems to work well and it does jump around a little but that is the load changing. I have another brand where the usage meter does that really bad even with a steady load which is annoying. Since I have my coffee will be a happy camper at the end of the world.
