I’m a novice at solar panels and this panel was easy to install and easy to get up and running. I’ve only used it for two days now, but it appears to be of high quality and is working just as anticipated.
I’m using the solar panel kit to keep a battery charged that is running the 12 volt wiring system in my shed.

I purchased 4 100w panels to test run a battery system. With 60′ of cabling those 400w total peaked at 378w in mid day sun, the next morning they peaked at 386w at 11am sun. I expected more lost wattage due to cable resistance over the distance. Very happy, would love to get more panels to finish an offgrid project!

One of the first thing i bought when I came back after the forest fire burned our house 2 the ground about a year ago. It helped 2 power a swarm cooler in the heat August and give us lights at night. It was moved 2 a trailer where it still provides 2 this day.. one panel came shattered in delivery and yet it still works great.

I can only get 130 watts out of the 180 panel so 72% of rated watts. My Ecoflow 100 watt panels get 95% of rated watts. The panel was in good shape but there is some discoloration on cells themselves so maybe that’s causing the lower wattage.

Received the panels quickly and they came as described in very good condition. This was the second time I ordered these panels, the first time was from Brand Name Beat but they were not the panels I thought I was getting. The first panel was the blue, which looks exactly the same as the black but for 2x the price. (I assumed I was getting 2) Also comparing the BrandNameBeat panel to the ones from Bouge RV I noticed the corners were not well finished( maybe they were seconds). To add insult they charged me $45 to return. So go with the BougeRV, I ordered 2

I have now brought 8 of the 180 watt 5bb panels over several orders over the last months. I am more than pleased with them. I have gotten as high as 170 watts out of each. I have grouped them in 2 sets of 4 and have had no problems. Yes, having 8 200 watt panels would give me a bit more watts, but with the reliability and savings on buying these panels I look at it as buying 91 octane gas as opposed to 87. Yes, you may get a bit more out of the 91 octane fuel, but it is not worth the extra cost.

overall, for this money, it is hard to get anything close (180$ with some promotions). in this price, 200w solar and branch connectors, 30A PWM kit and 20 ft wires. Later, was able to add 2 more solar (4 in parallels) and use this for 2 months until replaced the charge controller with PWM. Panels are 18V Vmp so you may get from 100W up to 75-77W which can be confirmed in real tests also.

I bought two of these. I tested them before installing them. In the exact same low light, one of them gave me 9.5 volts, the other gave me 7.8 volts. That is a significant difference. After being installed on my boat, one produces a few more open circuit volts than the other. When placed under load, the difference was only a couple of 10ths of a volt, which is acceptable to me, since I’m running in parallel with diode blockers (with many other panels of different size and manufacturers). The quality is acceptable for my needs.

Did not care for sharp corners that cut my hand on the Aluminum frame . Great panel and I’ll purchase two more in the future . A quick filing will take the sharp corners down to smooth so they can be handled safely .

It’s quality aluminum frame solar panel. The only downside isn’t about the panel is really delivery. The corner of the panel was damaged (probably put down hard on the steps of a delivery truck) during load/unload. I’ve had similar damage on other similar panel orders. Unless you order pallet loads where they are still factory crated and strapped, you’ll likely get some dings and dents.
