I’m very upset, I bought it in January, the technician said that 18000 IBTU is enough for the part under my house, the air doesn’t freeze anything, just the fan. And we also had problems with the heating. A lot of money on something that doesn’t work

Customer service from Heat Cool was outstanding. Unit is very quiet, inside and outside. Works well.
Had an issue with outdoor fan cowling probably happened in manufacturing, but easily fixable.
Would recommend.

Unit seems to work okay, but. The remote won’t set the temperature lower than 60 degrees. Daikin says call the contractor. Also water from the condenser runs all over the place. Daikin says no consumer customer service, call the contractor.
Worlds worst customer service. I would never buy another Daikin product.
