Completely powers my trailer for 3 days off the grid. That’s a mini fridge hooked up to my 3000, it stayed in for 3.5 days. Plus I have an automatic system that sucks clean water into the faucet. And that was plugged in as well. I had my toaster oven plugged into my 2000, used it for 3hrs and only took 65% of a full charge. And I have two 350 jackets for dvd players, phones, and all my lights and still have plenty of power left

The app is clunky. You must sign in right when it turns on, if you leave Bluetooth range the process starts over. It periodically makes you completely sign in again. The app is actually the worst part of the Jackery experience. The 3000 is pretty sweet otherwise. Hopefully they get the app fixed. I have the 300, 500, 1000, and 3000. Overall a fan of the product

This thing is a beast! It’s quiet, fits behind the front seat of my Subaru Outback, and has power for days. It is a little heavy for one person to be carrying around, but I can easily lift it in and out of my car, and the telescoping handle and wheels make moving it around really easy. It charges up quickly, has lots of power ports, an app that works via Bluetooth or wi-fi, and customer support is outstanding! The unit had an issue charging from DC/solar when I first received it, but customer support did great with communication and coordination with their engineering team to get a firmware update out quickly and refunded some of my purchase price to compensate me for the hassle and inability to use DC for the first week. No complaints here! If you’re looking for high-end off-grid portable power, look no further!

I’ve only had this unit for a couple days, but so far I’m very happy with it.
It arrived ahead of schedule with excellent packaging. It is performing as expected – very easy to roll around – about the size of a salesman’s sample case. That’s important for an old guy like me(!). At 63 lbs, it’s pretty heavy but lighter than an old lead-acid battery counterpart.
It really does charge fast — when plugged into a standard 15amp 110V AC socket, it shows a charge level of 1750 watts. I didn’t try it, but if I had put any other load on that AC circuit, it would have tripped my circuit breaker! I recommend you find an AC outlet that has no other load. Alternatively, choose the “slow charge” mode on the phone app and it will draw only about 850 watts when charging.
The unit has an optional mode that will extend the life of its batteries by limiting max drain and max charge to a narrower range than 0-100% of total capacity. I had that option turned on, and when the unit wouldn’t charge beyond 85%, I thought it was defective. Taking it off “battery saving mode” fixed that. This is done through the Bluetooth/WiFi link to my iPhone via a downloadable app that works well.
I tested the solar panel that comes with the unit — it’s rated at 80 watts, but it delivered about 65 watts with bright morning sun. That’s a slow charge rate, but it’s free energy, and a backup when commercial power is not available. You can add more solar panels if you want to buy them.
I’m planning heavy use of this unit for amateur radio “field day” at the end of June. I’ll add more info to this review after that (if Amazon lets me). Brownouts are predicted in my area (Arizona) this summer. This unit can help me bridge the brownout if it isn’t too long, and then I can recharge the unit on commercial power.
I really like the display on the unit as well as the nifty iPhone app. So far it works very well and keeps the user “in the know” any time it’s needed.
I bought this unit to replace a motley collection of dying AGM lead-acid batteries (very heavy), lots of cables, and some erratic separate power inverters. Ugh. Not very portable.
Bottom line: this unit is pricey, but it’s so convenient, I think I’m going to love it.

We living in the mountains of North Carolina. Losing power happens often, doesn’t last long but is a nuisance. Jackery has become our go to power source. We have Jackery 500, 800, 1000 and now the 3,000. All are incredibly easy to use, quick to charge and lightweight. The 3,000 is the best of all. The technical specs are available in the explanation of the product and other reviews. I’m speaking as a short woman who can easily pull up the handle of the 3,000 and take the Jackery anywhere inside or outside. We purchased the solar panels and they are wonderful. We take them outside monthly and quickly charge one of the Jackery, while charging our cell phones at the same time. It’s an exercise in ensuring we are both able to keep the power on no matter how long the power is out.

Decided to give this a try after several camping trips last year where I was carrying two batteries (1000pro dedicated to my portable fridge/freezer and a 2000pro for everything else.
PROS:
-as with all Jackery products its very simple to operate
-massive inverter and capacity
-lightweight @62lbs vs other battery chemistry
-fast charging thru AC or solar panels (charging can also be adjusted via APP -(can be set to slow or fast charging)
-5 year warranty
-built in charger (no more power bricks to carry)
-a couple of 100w PD ports for charging high end laptops
-retractable handle and wheels make it easier move the unit around
-New APP is a nice addition.
+Aside from controlling power and monitoring battery, it will also allow for quite charging which brings down charge rate from around 1800watts to 750+ watts
+ Battery saving mode (via app) limits charging to 85% and and auto-shutoff at 15% SOC to extend battery life.
Tip:
– Bluetooth and Wi-Fi shuts down after 5 minutes when no connection is detected or if connected device goes out of range from the unit. To turn it back on, simply press AC and DC buttons at the same time for 1 second and you will be able to reconnect with the Jackery App.
Overall its a solid product and Im verify pleased with my purchase.
