I ordered the A/C and it came sooner than expected, which was great!! During installation I was getting an error code and contacted the company and they were very prompt in getting back to me with possible reasons for the error code. It was an error on my side and we got it up and running quickly!!! The company was in constant contact with me to be sure that my product was up and running asap. I would definitely but again from this company!!!

In the last 3 years I have purchased 9 different mini splits ranging from Della, Mr Cool, Costway, and 4 of the Anti Fir brand. All 4 Antifirs have arrived with significant damage to the body’s and coils, along with missing screws. Having said that each one of them has worked and the damage has been cosmetic, and not affected the performance. For the price, they seem to have the exact same components as the more expensive Della brand. Update: Seller reached out and refunded my money. Definitely impressed with the customer service, they seem to stand behind the products they offer. For the price and customer service experience I’d say these are worth every penny.

I bought this unit, and had it installed, It had an error code, contacted seller and they could not resolve the problem. So, I had the expense of having it taken out to be shipped back to them.

Outside unit is extremely quiet, interior unit blows the air, nice and hard very cold about 45°. So far so good! Note that some of the stuff must be foreign because my HVAC installer said some of the stuff listed was the incorrect size, but he got it to work.

Shipping was an issue.the interior unit was received 1week earlier than the exterior unit, in fact the exterior unit never was delivered, I went to pick it up at FedEx. The split works perfect . Gets the room cold pretty fast. Good for the price I got.. the problem was FedEx box was ok but The exterior unit had a dent. But I don’t blame the product for it..
