I purchased the 100 watt panel to re-charge our trailer battery’s and a Jackery battery inverter. Our first trip with the panel it rained for two days. I was worried the trailer battery wouldn’t make the four days of our camping trip, but on the third day the sun came out for a little bit in the afternoon. I hooked up the solar panel to the trailer and re-charged the trailer battery to three quarters full. We never lost power the whole time. The solar panel was easy to connect and performed exactly how it was supposed to. I love it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to keep there battery’s charged while off grid.

I use this as a supplement to my RVs roof mounted solar panels. Since I have a residential refrigerator, I need extra power to run it, and this does the trick!

We bought the Renogy 100w solar suitcase to complement the 400W of rooftop-mounted solar on our travel trailer. We exclusively boondock and frequently must park in shaded or partially shaded areas. Sunshine is often close by, and this portable suitcase allows us to take advantage if it easily and simply. I built a 40 foot 10ga cable (you can see it in the photo) to give it good range to get to the sun and follow it as the day progresses. I mounted the controller in the forward pass though storage area of the trailer right near the solar port on the exterior wall of the trailer (Its always best to mount the controller as close to the battery as possible). The system works amazingly well. Last week week I used it on a sunny day and it was producing a whopping 6.1 amps of current for two hours around solar noon. Impressive output and far above its rating. On the downside the unit is a little heavy, but it is well built and sturdy. The frame, hinges, latches, and carrying handle are well engineered and durable. The hard-wearing and very protective Cordura case should last many years with reasonable care. This suitcase is a solid value and worth every penny.

This is a top quality all-in-one solar generator solution. You can apparently charge regular batteries with the built-in controller, but in my setup, I bypass the controller and connect directly to an EcoFlow Delta that has an integrated charge controller. The panels are made of nice quality glass and the frame looks like black painted aluminum. There is some weight to it, as expected, but it is pretty easy to set up and take down. This should last a really long time if the glass is protected.

I’m very pleased with my solar panel. Well made, easy to use. Fit perfectly to the adapter for my electric boat motor. (Maybe a little heavy, and it’s a finger pincher if you’re not careful). Made my off grid camping experience amazing and very modern, yet quiet and natural. I’d give 5 stars but it was cloudy and charging was not ideal. I’ll happily review again after a few more trips.

I haven’t had this system very long so I cannot rate it’s service for a long time. I can say the portable system arrived with in a week. I bought this to keep batteries charged on an a frame Flagstaff camper. I want to use the camper off grid so I have increased the water capacity to 45 gallon and added an enclosure for the outdoor shower. We bought an instant up tent for the portable toilet too. Installed a second deep cycle battery to increase the available electric starage. Connections to the batteries were simple and the system stated charging immediately. It has been connected to the camper for about a month now without any issues so far.

The combo of features at the price is unbeatable. The 200 watt suitcase solar panel is heavy, but that’s expected for quality glass panels that size. I love the protective case which doesn’t add bulk and makes it easier to pack. The solar charge controller is easy to understand and program. Thanks for that!
An upgrade option to MPPT would be nice.
I had one or two loose bolts.
The legs will hit the frame near the pivot points, so care must be taken when setting the tilt angle.
A tiedown point for windy conditions would be nice.
Overall very nice, and I believe I’ll be getting many years of use.

Used this product for three weeks hunting kept RV batteries fully charged the whole time. Lights and furnace used constantly. Never had to start generator.
Only gripe is packaging was poor and the fuse case melted and had to be replaced with A heavier wire. I’m hearing that this is a problem. Would be nice if it was taken care of before it was sent.
