Riida Max 13W Portable Foldable Solar Panel Charger for Outdoor Charging USB Devices Like Cell Phone, Tablet, Power Bank, Earbuds, Small…
【Multi-Device Support】This solar panel can charge any devices using USB-A port such as cell phone, Tablet, power bank, Earbuds, flashlight etc. Before use, please read user manual carefully.
【Charge Anytime Anywhere in Sunlight】Where the Sun shines, unfold the solar panel, the indicator light turns red, it means that enough electricity is generated to charge devices. Please notice that this solar panel itself is not a power bank or battery, so it can’t store electricity and can’t be used in night.
【Decent Charging Speed】In midday full sunlight, this solar panel can provide a maximum AUTHENTIC 13W (5V 2.5A) output, which is a quick charging speed compared to similar product, it takes 4-5 hours to fully charge a 10,000 mah power bank, less than 2.5h to fully charge Iphone 14 pro, and about 3-4h for a 5000 mah cell phone.
【Portable & Easy to Use】The folded size of this solar panel: 8.8x 6.5x 1.7 inches. Weight:1.1lbs, it doesn’t take up much space. With the provided carabiners, you can also carry it unfolded onto your backpack connecting and charging the devices when you walk outside in sunlight. The use is also very easy, just unfold the panel in the sunlight, the solar port indicator will turn to red light, connect the USB device and it will start charging the devices.
【Great Fit for Outdoor Activities& Emergency Situation】When you go out for camping traveling, hiking and find your phone & battery have no power, or when you find you are in a blackout emergency situation, this solar panel can help you out by providing necessary power supply to your electronic devices.
【Important Reminder】When sunlight is weak, please don’t use it to charge cell phone& tablets directly(no blocking diode inside), otherwise it will drain the battery other than charge. To keep charging, you need to turn off the phone/tablet and then plug it in solar panels to charge (for iphone, please plug in the charging cable to charge first then turn off the phone to prevent automatic power on when charging).
【Continuous Power Supply even on Cloudy Days】On cloudy days, this solar panels can still provide a reduced power supply compared in full sunlight. The output may be 5V/0.1A~5V/0.5A can still charge some low capacity USB devices like earbuds with normal speed.

Took it camping. USB connection part broke after one use. Pay a little more you’ll get better.

Paul Augustus –
folds nicely and handy to keep a battery pack topped off during the day when camping or hiking. Would not recommend connecting directly to a phone unless it was an emergency
Rated 4 out of 5
Laura Oliver –
A bit heavy to be truly portable. Seems to work well but needs full sunlight to charge your phone. Works with power bank at lower sunlight. USB A is getting a bit dated.

I love this little solar charger. I gave it to my BIL to use while driving (it can fit on the dashboard) or while camping (won’t take up much room on a table to charge). It seems very sturdily made, and well designed so it should hold up to being very frequently used.

Got this for our daughter on a backpacking trip. Seems to work well, will have to update on how long it works after longer trip.

I’m able to circumvent a lot of the issues with charging via a solar panel by using the panel to charge a battery bank instead. For instance, if the conditions are right for using the solar panel but you dont need to charge your device, use it to charge the battery bank so you are able to save or preserve the power for later use – even at night. By doing this, you will also not be limited byh the slow charging speed of the panel as your device will charge as fast as your battery bank permits. With all that being said, this solar panel works great and can be easily stored in a backpack. This isnt something that I would use on a daily basis, but it does provide me with some peace of mind that I have a back up for charging devices as a very last resort.

This solar panel, rated for 13w, is not the biggest nor the most powerful. What it is is a small, compact portable unit that folds away compact and is encased in a nylon fabric. Power is extracted by way of two USB-A female plugs in a pocket built in to the nylon encasement. Rather than plugging in your phone to get a trickle charge, I see more utility in carrying and plugging in an appropriate sized battery bank to charge and store the power for when you have opportunity to charge your device in a sitting. It comes with two small carabiners to lash to a backpack while hiking or to any other fixed point(s) to direct the solar panel to the sun. There are 4 nylon loops to use the 2 carabiners in the tall or horizontal directions. It also has a carry handle with 4 solar panels folded into the unit. It doesn’t provide a lot of power (13w), but it’s good free solar panel for outings in the woods or power company outages in a pinch.
