Charge controller was DOA. Panel works and produces good voltage but get nothing from the controller and none of the lights come on. Emailed the seller multiple times with no reply.

Given the appalling lack of a mounting bracket, I assume that we were supposed to use the mounting hardware in conjunction with separately purchased two sided tape, and perhaps hopes and dreams to hold the panel in place.

I’m still warming up to solar solutions but I needed a 24 volt battery tender for my 500 hp diesel snowcat. Parked in the snow all winter with no source of electricity, my only solution was solar. I bought this hoping it would work and it has exceeded all of my expectations. Reliable. Durable. Effective. Worth every penny. This summer, I’ve built a pole barn for the snowcat and have dedicated power to the barn so I’ll be plugging something in, now, to tend my batteries but I’ll miss using this! I’ll have to find something else to use it for. Great product.

I plugged the solar panel into the controller then I plugged the controller into the cigarette lighter.. which functions when the ignition is off.. no lights light up 🤔.
Is the solar panel working or not?

Ordered 30W 24v kit. Received it and followed connection instructions. No lights on regulator lit so i home it up to my Fluke multimeter. No voltage, no amps. Their 24 hour a day tech support is this- you can email them 24 hours a day and they will get back to you with in 24 hours. 😂😂😂😡. Thanks but no thanks. Packed it up, called Amazon and got a return order and took it to UPS way before I ever got a response from tech support.

I work remotely, I have a 4-battery inverter, each battery is 6 volts. I have them connected in series for a 24V inverter. Lately, the electrical system in my third-world country has been failing a lot, and there are prolonged power outages. I decided to buy this product because it would allow the batteries to charge during the day. Indeed, it works wonderfully. While there is no electricity from the service provider, with the radiant Caribbean sun, I can use the energy from the batteries while they are being charged by the sun. This allows my inverter to provide me with more power while I keep my office running and the batteries charge while my office is off. Similarly, it helps with the electricity bill since I have disabled the inverter charger, so my batteries will always be charging during the day. I have a voltmeter to monitor the battery charge in case of an electrical storm or long periods of shade, and then I can enable the electric charger. But this solar system works wonders for me.
Oh! I almost forgot to mention that, while the inverter is not active, the measured voltage of the batteries while they receive sunlight is approximately 26.0V, and while there is no electricity and the office is running, the measured voltage is approximately 24.9V. This means that the batteries maintain their charge for a longer time while being used.
Thank you very much, I am happy with the product, it works well.

I have tried a few different battery charging systems over the years and gotta say this is my favorite.

I have my Pontoon in open storage waiting for covered with electricity. I am allowed to use an unoccupied bay to charge but…I am asked not to leave in case the real occupant returns.
I bought this 50-watt 24v capable panel as a cure-all for sitting there for 3-5 hours twice a week. It works but as I use my boat up to 4 times per week. The panel doesn’t keep up. I have to occasionally assist it by non-solar charging. I wish it could do better but!
Tips: Best aimed due East. Do NOT block any part of the panel. The instructions are a nightmare to fully understand. Light from Left to Right. Left light shows proper connection to panel & is fully on when connection is proper, and the panel is charging. In correct hookup or panel areas blocked it flashes Red. Not charging or fully charged light is out. Middle light is off, generally the case. Green indicates fully charged. Right light or Load Green most of the time. For Tolling motors in General: Charging from left to right, Red, Off-clear, Green. Fully charged Left to right ‘Red, Green, Green’. Ok, not sure I made this any easier. Final comment. If your boat is used only on weekends this should be great.

I bought this to charge a 24 volt series for a trolling motor. When I received it, I hooked it up and noticed the lights were not lighting as the instructions showed. I left it for a few days. When I checked the battery charge, it was not working. I reached out to Amazon, who put me in touch with Solperk. They gave me troubleshooting instructions and directed me to let them know the results. While troubleshooting, I realized the controller they sent was a 12 volt controller and not the 24 volt, that was ordered. I messaged them and they had a new controller to me in two days. Now everything is working as planned and my trolling motor batteries will always be ready when it is time to fish! The customer service was superb.

I bought two of these to put on some equipment that sits for months at a time to keep the batteries charged up. They came packaged well, are easy to set up and connect. I’ve only been using them for a week but they seem to be working good so far. I’ll have a better idea in a few months when I go to start the machine.
