It is convenient to mount and provided the power needed for my solar camera (TAPO). The camera turned out to be a failure, so we returned the entire system.

Works well with the camera Andis easy to mount. The dimpled finish on the panel was very different from any others I’ve used, but it works.

The TP-Link Tapo Solar Panel A200 is a practical and eco-friendly solution for powering your Tapo MagCam C425 and Tapo C420 security cameras. With its easy installation and weather-resistant design, this solar panel provides a reliable source of energy, reducing the need for frequent battery changes or external power. The panel efficiently harnesses solar energy, ensuring that your cameras stay operational, even in remote or hard-to-reach locations. It’s a great choice for those seeking a sustainable power option for their outdoor security system. Highly recommended for hassle-free, continuous power for your Tapo cameras!

Easy to install, my only concern was using this solar panel with a Tapo C425 MagCam. It worked out ok because the Tapo SP has a waterproof adapters for most of its other model MagCams. Works well and would recommend it.

These are GREAT cameras. We placed them in our front yard and back pool area. App is easy to use and the camera is very clear.

I was a bit skeptical if this panel will provide enough juice to my camera that is in shade most of the day, but in just few days it charged the camera to 100% and keeps it fully charged now. I’m curious how it will perform during winter, but so far so good.

Ha estado en funcionamiento estas semanas y la aplicación para TAPO de estas cámaras reporta 99% de carga continúa. Hasta ahora el funcionamiento es correcto.

This solar panel is wonderful, it took my camera from 75% to full within 2hrs in partially cloudy skies. I’ll be getting a few more for my other camera’s as well, highly recommended

Update: I made a more accurate note of the time and charge this morning – I plugged it in at 9:15 when it was at 44% charged and at 10:15 it was at 54%, so 10% of a full battery charge in just an hour. It will easily keep the camera fully charged up.
This seems to have a toughened surface rather than the smooth flat panels I’m used to seeing, which will hopefully hold up if we get any hail (although it’s going to live on the side of the house that’s usually more sheltered).
It does the job – I put it out about an hour ago on what is a rather dull cloudy morning and it’s already raised the battery on a Tapo C425 by 1%, so I expect it will easily keep a camera fully charged even if it sees a lot of use. I love having a graph of the output in the camera app!
Comes with a nice long cable so the panel can be positioned where makes best sense to get the sunlight rather then it being limited to right next to the camera.
An hour after originally posting this the sun came out, and the battery is now at 96%, up from 90% when I first plugged it in.

I am using this on my TAPO TC85 cameras and so far it keeps them all charged up. I like the whole TAPO system so far. Very user friendly.

I bought this solar panel to attach to my Tapo C425 camera and within 2 days the battery went from 60% to 100% and has remained there since! The camera is located high on my house and requires a long extension ladder to access, so have the solar panel is a definite benefit.

Used for a Tapo 420s camera.
