I love that this can be charged solar or plugged into electricity. It has been very handy when traveling and camping.

FYI, I have two of these units (I’m happy with both of them), and here’s how both of mine operate for charging the battery.
I only use for emergency (which hasn’t occurred yet), so I recharge mine with AC power wall outlet, to “top them off” every 6 months. In 6 months of non-use, the battery decreases to two green lights (battery level), and recharges to full in about 3 hours of wall AC power.
HERE’S HOW to charge the battery with AC power from a wall electric outlet, through the USB cable and a 5Volt / 2.1Amp USB adapter:
PRESS the BLUE BUTTON to turn the unit “ON”. (The battery won’t receive a charge unless the BLUE BUTTON is turned “ON”.) A steady RED light means the unit is “ON”. (My RED light never blinks; it stays on steady when the battery unit is turned ON with the BLUE BUTTON.)
Then attach the charging cable to a wall electric outlet.
NOTE that one of the 3 GREEN LED lights will ALWAYS blink while AC power is flowing to the unit.
You must REMOVE the AC power flow, to see if ALL 3 GREEN LIGHTS are SOLID (not blinking) = it means the battery is full.
But if I resume the flow of wall AC power again to the battery, the farthest-right GREEN light will begin blinking again, even though the battery is full.

I have bought three of these, one for myself, two for family. I have had mine since 2020. It is very useful for hanging the lights in outside buildings when you need lighting. It is perfect for when there is a power outage. The 3 lights light up my living room much better than candles. It is cheap but works great for its size. I charge my phone as well as kids toys. I ordered 2 for presents and one of them had a long screw hanging down. That is the reason for a score of 4. It was aggravating to have to send it back but the customer service was great. I sent a message of it being damaged, they had me another one at my door in 2 days. I was really surprised. I use mine also as a flashlight if I need a really bright light. I think they are cheap priced and are great for small uses. It will not power up a laptop I wouldn’t think but I have never tried that. I have two other large power stations that I use for big projects. This is perfect for when the power goes out and you need lights in a room. The lights have long cords and hangers to be able to hang them up high. Hope this helps.

Updated review.
First battery pack purchased in 2020 failed out of the box to take a charge. Exchanged no problem.
Second one seemed to have problems holding a charge the couple times I used it, but I gave it a full charge overnight with a 4 amp AC adapter 5 days ago and it seems to be holding a charge just fine, whereas it would start discharging almost immediately prior. I’m wondering if the battery needs to be conditioned before it will hold a charge properly. I reached out to the seller when it wouldn’t hold a charge after charging it for a camping trip recently, again this was probably only the 3rd time I used it, and they responded immediately, then again a few days later when I didn’t respond due to not getting an alert for the first reply they sent. Very good response from seller and pleased to know if I do have an issue they are eager to respond. I’m going to continue monitoring the battery for discharge but with no indication of lost charge for 5 days I’m optimistic it’s going to hold a charge.

I love the portability of this small power station. I only have to charge it up, with the small solar panel, for 3-4 hours or so, to get many more hours than that to use one or two of the (3) lights that come with it. The lights are very bright. I used this quite a bit during the winter, just to reduce my electric bill a bit, since the cost of electricity in my area went up 64% from November through April! I’ve used it for light and charging my cell phone. I’m sure there will be a power outage or two during the upcoming summer, and feel good knowing that I’ll at least have light & phone charging abilities!

Low efficiency solar panel..
1 USB and 3 low voltage DC outlets ..
Replacement pieces do not exist, one light came dead unable to get Replacement. Same if it was , lost cord, lights, solar panel.. your dead in the water..
Simply spend more money for a more expandable system, better DC lighting.
And more watt hrs..

El producto lo recibí bien, no venía en su caja original pero se veía nuevo, traía un poco de pila. Antes de usarlo en campamento realice una prueba: el material se ve de excelente calidad, la lámpara de la pila alumbra bastante bien, incluso de día lastima la vista, aparte trae tres focos que me sorprendieron de lo maravilloso que alumbran, los prendí a las 5 p.m. y se acabó la batería al siguiente día como a las 6 a.m., antes cargue un celular de 0 a 100%.
También le doy un 10 al panel solar, no está muy grande, no estorba, el material bastante sólido y de buena calidad, carga muy bien la pila.
Lamentablemente tuve que hacer la devolución porque cuando se apagó al acabarse la pila ya no se podía cargar, no se prendían los focos de indicación de carga, hasta después de un día al encender prendía y se apagaba, como si tuviera falso contacto, y en una de esas, oprimí el botón de encendido despacio, sin llegar al click y encendió y funcionó normal. Me gustó mucho y sentí mucho devolverlo pero no quería estar batallando.

It’s fine if you just use 1 light. Does not last very long if you have three lights on.

These are absolutely fantastic – I have just purchased my third one as I use them everywhere where I cannot connect to electricity. The lights are very bright and will keep a shed, garage, gazebo, tent, etc , very well illuminated for hours and the solar panels work well.
It’s easy to keep them charged up from the mains in periods of poor weather / minimal sunlight.
